Job Details
This is a posting for a 6th-8th Grade Reading Position with Title I for the 2025-26 school year. The position is a part-time to full-time position. Time and days to be determined. The pay rate is $30-$40 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II small group instruction to students who are identified as at-risk for reading
- Use evidence-based strategies and interventions to support student learning
- Use progress monitor to assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure students receive the support they need
- Attend Title staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum BS or BA in Education or Related Field
- Valid teaching license in good standing preferred
- Training in intervention methods strongly preferred; please provide certificates
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
