Hope Happenings

No School Monday!

There will be NO SCHOOL Monday, September 25th for a Staff Development day. Enjoy the time off!

Parent Pick-Up

Thanks for helping us keep Parent Pick-Up running smoothly at the end of the day! Our new carline system has allowed us to increase safety and make sure all students are "checked out" before going to cars.

A couple of reminders:

  • Go to E 22nd St for Parent Pick-Up around 4 pm. Pull as far forward to the gym entrance as you can!
  • If E 22nd St is full, pull up alongside the curb on Park Ave and wait to enter the carline.
  • When you pull up, a staff member will check your yellow tag to see which students go home with you. They will then be checked out of our carline app and you can leave!
  • If you are picking up an Upper School student, please wait to enter the carline until 4:25 pm. You can wait along Park Ave toward the back.
  • Also, please don't get out of your vehicle, drive in the bike lane, or turn around on E 22nd St (make sure to use the cul-de-sac). Thanks!

Watch our Parent Pick-Up videos below! Thanks for helping us keep our carline safe and efficient!

Home Visit Sign-ups

Home Visits signs-ups open Tuesday 9/26! Home Visits are a special time where teachers visit all of their students at home! It's a short 30 minute non-academic visit intended to deepen relationships. Mark your calendars for Home Visits October 18-20!

Download the SchoolPass App!

Make sure you’ve downloaded the SchoolPass app to mark any absences, tardies, or end of day transportation changes for your kids! Watch the video below for the 5 things you need to know about SchoolPass.

Some reminders:

  • Mark absences in the SchoolPass app by 10 am. This doesn't automatically make it an excused absence. It just communicates with the school so we don't text you.
  • You can mark absences in advance if needed.
  • All changes to dismissal plans need to be made in the app by 3 pm.
  • No early releases after 3:30 pm daily.
  • Students will only be called from class when their parent/guardian is at school for them. Please plan an extra 10 minutes into your schedule so we have time to locate your student and send them to the office.

Join us for a Night of Worship!

You're invited to our Worship Night on Thursday, September 28th! The event starts at 7 pm in the chapel. Our very own Tony Morales will be preaching in both English and Spanish on Psalms 34:8 "Oh taste and see that the Lord is good to the brokenhearted." We will also have a time of live worship! Watch the video below to hear from Tony! Hope to see you there!
